Turlock Livestock Auction Yard, Inc. began with the dream and desire of Bud and Karen Cozzitorto to build a strong marketplace for dairy and beef producers to market their livestock. The Cozzitorto families’ desire to stay in the forefront in the livestock marketing industry lead to the merger with Max Olvera and Steve Faria in 2006. Today, Turlock Livestock Auction Yard, Inc. markets over 150,000 head of livestock annually and prides itself in carrying on the personal service of which its foundation was built upon and provide service second to none. 

The stockyards is centrally located in California and just a short distance to many beef and dairy producers. The state of art facility is located on Lander Ave. ( Hwy 165 ) just 2 miles southwest of Hwy 99 between Turlock and Hilmar, California.

TLAY, has become very diversified by offering special sales in beef and dairy cattle. We also offer private treaty sales along with being a representative of Western Video Market. Our Dairy Video Division is selling load lots of quality dairy cattle at auction every month. We now have a real estate sales division “ Turlock Realty Associates, Inc.” where we offer our customers the ability to market their beef ranches and dairy farms, dairy herds and milk pool quota.
